Prices;
Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order and are inclusive of VAT. Prices are correct at time of publication. We have made every effort possible to make sure all pricing on our website is accurate however errors and omissions are excepted. Wildflower Studio is entitled to withdraw from any contract in the case of obvious errors or inaccuracies regarding the goods appearing on our website. If an error or inaccuracy is discovered with regards to the advertised price of the goods that you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible by e-mail. This will be to inform you of the correct price of the goods, and to ask you if you wish to continue with the order at the amended price, or to cancel the order altogether.
Ordering From Wildflower Studio;
Select your vase bowl or mirror, remembering to specify the colour or colour combinations you prefer then add the item to the shopping basket. When you have finished shopping proceed to checkout where you can view our methods of payment.
Payment;
You can pay via the secure payment platforms of Paypal or Google Checkout, which are completely secure using SSL technology to keep your information safe. In addition, when you send a payment using PayPal or Google Checkout, Wildflower Studio won't receive sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account number. Paypal accepts most major credit cards and you do not need a Paypal account to use this facility. Wildflower Studio will send a confirmation message that your order has been received to the email address you provide.
Order online pay by cheque;
You can also pay by cheque, payable to Wildflower Studio and sent to the address listed below, please remember that we need to clear the funds into our account prior to sending you your purchase.
Delivery;
All of our goods are securely packaged for carriage via our courier service and we charge a flat rate, to U.K. mainland destinations only, of £2.99 for goods up to £49.99 value, £50.00 + qualifies for free shipping. A signature will be required as proof of delivery of all goods.
U.K. Highlands and Islands deliveries require an individual shipping quotation by weight and method of delivery, please contact us for more information. At present we do not ship outside the U.K.
Customer Care;
Our level of customer service is second to none and we take any complaint very seriously. Should you have to need to make a complaint we will respond A.S.A.P with the intention of a swift and satisfactory resolution.
Returns Policy;
In complience with Distance Selling Regulations, if you change your mind in the first 7 days from delivery we are happy to exchange or refund. Exchange or refund is only available if the product is unused and in a resalable condition. We reserve the right to refuse any item that does not meet these criteria. We will not refund the delivery charge & the customer is responsible for carriage back to Wildflower Studio. All products to be returned should be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery or by Courier as we cannot be responsible for items sent to us that do not require a signature on delivery.
